Strategic alignment

• Test the IT strategy against the Business strategy using the Strategic Alignment Model toolkit
• Ensure IT strategy is appropriate for the IT team to implement
• Ensure implementation of such a strategy is cost effective
• If necessary update/modify the strategy and loop through alignment again
