Like most companies, you have a raft of IT contracts in place. Reviewing them is more than just making sure you are getting a good price. Is the service even one you need? Is the term appropriate? How flexible is it? Will you get the benefit of any significant reductions in hardware, software or network pricing over the term? 

What we do?

Once we have a good understanding of your business requirements, we work through all your IT contracts and pull out all the critical details.  As well as providing an executive summary of key dates, notice periods, built in price reviews etc we will also provide the following:

• Is the service necessary for the business?
• Is there are better alternative?
• What is the complexity involved in switching providers or services?
• What are the risks involved in switching?
• What costs will be associated with switching?
• What are the recommended actions for each contract?

We can then go on to implement the recommendations so that your IT team can stay focussed on their existing projects.
