This is more than just an exercise in minimising IT spend, we also look for which projects are achievable and what impact they might have to reduce recurring costs or to provide additional revenue opportunities if they support new products and services. What we deliver is a critical review of your existing IT budget, highlighting strengths and any issues. We will also suggest changes where appropriate, or if required we can develop a budget from scratch where no budget exists.
